PCR Cabinet

The Cruma PCR cabinet has been specifically designed for genetic amplification work using the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technique.

The inclusion of a timer and three 15W ultraviolet light tubes allows for the complete sterilization of the material placed inside, as well as the entire work surface, preventing possible cross-contamination between DNA or RNA samples, which can lead to false positives.

The 4mm thick tempered glass acts as a filter, protecting personnel and the environment from UV radiation exposure. In case of accidental opening of the cabinet front, the UV lamps automatically turn off for total operator protection.
