“Fast read” plate for urinary sediment cell count
Plate for urinary sediment composed by 10 counting chambers for microbiology, covered with a optically transparent film with a groove to introduce the sample by capilarity with a pasteur micropipette.
Each chamber presents a grid with 10 squares and these ones have a reticulated with 16 sectors.
Chamber volume: 7 μl.
Grid volume: 0,1 μl.
Grid size: 1x1mm
Grid depth: 0,1mm
Made of PMMA, disposable and used for determining cells per μl in the sample.
Using this system a smaller number of epithelial cells present in each field can be achieved, reducing the possibility of overlapping with other cells.
Ensures a more careful and precise result, helping the technical staff to determine the presence of cellular elements.
External dimensions:
Width: 39 mm
Lenght: 83 mm
Directive 98/79/CE. “In vitro” diagnostic medical devices.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- After completing the preparation of the urinary sediment by normal centrifugation, insert a pipette into the test tube and dispense one drop of STAIN.
- Use the pipette to mix the urinary sediment by repeatedIy pressing the buIb; then dispense a drop of sample onto the appropriate area of the slide.
- How to use the numbering system? Example: For the identification of samples from number 131 to 140 mark number 1 on the left side and number 3 on the right side of the slide.
