90 x 14 mm Petri Dish

Used in microbiology, diagnostic, production or research laboratories to contain different solid and semi-solid culture media (Agars). The medium is then seeded and microbiological strains are grown for analysis.
Also used in genetics laboratories.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Petri dish measuring 90 mm in diameter x 14 mm in height.
Made of Polystyrene (PS) Crystal.

Suitable for the general growth of all types of aerobic and/or anaerobic organisms or microorganisms.
They can be used to perform specific tests or diagnostic systems: antibiograms, antigen-antibody reactions, except for the 2 and 3 compartment models.

The three marks or winds present on the lid of the dish raise it slightly, allowing the exchange of oxygen or other gases or environments, as well as the evaporation typical of the physiological processes of growing organisms.

Flat surface.
Easily stackable thanks to the outer rim of the lid.

Code 200200: usage temperature between -40ºC and 65ºC.
