Fabricada en poliestireno de alta transparencia. Sin vientos.
Placas de superficie más plana que las convencionales lo que permite ahorrar un 10% en medio de cultivo y un 35% de materia prima (poliestireno).
Se utiliza como contenedor de los distintos medios de cultivo sólidos y semisólidos, para el crecimiento general de todo tipo de organismo o microorganismo aerobio y/o anaerobio.
Su altura de 25 mm la hace ideal para el crecimiento y cultivo de ensayos con medios de cultivo especiales para hongos ya que admite un volumen mayor de medio de cultivo.
Ideal en micología, histología, patología, así como para ensayos botánicos o de fisiología vegetal, permitiendo el crecimiento de semillas.
Además su mayor capacidad (altura) la hace útil para implementar técnicas inmunológicas de difusión en gel y para ensayos de valoración de antibióticos y medicamentos quimioterapéuticos.
La transparencia del material permite una visualización perfecta del tipo y tamaño de las colonias.
Apilables y compatibles con instrumentos de llenado automático.
Fabricadas en clase 100, certificadas estériles mediante procedimientos USP XXIII.
Recomendamos para su transporte y/o almacenamiento los cestos en acero inoxidable códigos H-600 y serie.
