Escobillones estériles
El hisopo o escobillón estéril se utiliza en clínica para la toma de muestras de productos biológicos.
Sirve preferentemente para preparar frotis que una vez coloreados se visualizarán al microscopio, aunque también es útil para efectuar aislamientos en medios de cultivo.
Otro uso destacable se basa en su aplicación para sembrar placas mediante la técnica de diseminación en superficie, como en el caso de los antibiogramas. También sirve para multitud de otros usos (limpieza de cavidades biológicas, rincones poco accesibles, etc.
Los escobillones destinados a la toma de muestras microbiológicas en heridas abiertas están fabricados bajo las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 13485, y ostentan el Marcado CE de Productos Sanitarios MDD Clase IIa. Mediante solicitud puede suministrarse copia de ambos Certificados.
