Stuart. Estéril
Producto específicamente diseñado para la recogida de muestras microbiológicas y su conservación durante el transporte del lugar de recogida al laboratorio, evitando variaciones de la carga microbiana.
El conjunto se compone de:
- Un tubo estéril tapado, con fondo redondo, de 13 x 165 mm, fabricado en polipropileno rígido e indeformable. El tubo contiene el medio de transporte.
- Un escobillón provisto de un tapón de seguridad que cierra el tubo una vez se ha tomado la muestra (tapón de polietileno de color blanco).
3 opciones:
- Soporte en madera + cabeza en algodón.
- Soporte aluminio rígido (delgado, puede doblarse manualmente para formar ángulos) + cabeza en algodón.
- Soporte en poliestireno (ligeramente flexible bajo presión, puede cortarse mediante tijeras) + cabeza en viscosa.
Una etiqueta que precinta el tapón y el tubo. En ella está previsto escribir: nombre del paciente, fecha y hora de la toma de muestra, número, doctor, naturaleza de la muestra, y nombre del hospital. Se indican además la fecha de caducidad, el número de lote, la DESCRIPCIÓN: del producto y su marca.
En el peel-pack (ver diseño en página posterior) están impresos el número de lote, la fecha de caducidad, el código, DESCRIPCIÓN: y marca del producto, y las instrucciones de uso.
Fabricados en Sala Blanca.
Fecha de caducidad: 30 meses a partir del día de esterilización.
Mediante solicitud puede suministrarse certificado de esterilización.
Los hisopos destinados a la toma de muestras microbiológicas en contacto con la piel del paciente u heridas abiertas son fabricados según las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 13485, y ostentan doble Marcado CE.
Puede suministrarse copia de ambos certificados mediante solicitud.
