Fabricados en materiales vírgenes totalmente incinerables.
Todos ellos cumplen la mayoría de homologaciones europeas e internacionales (ONU (UN 3291) ADR, etc.).
Aptos para residuos sólidos tipo II y III.
Compuestos por un cuerpo serigrafiado con el anagrama de peligrosidad y dos tapas de diferente uso. Una de ellas cubre la totalidad de la boca del contenedor y puede cerrarse hermética e irreversiblemente para evitar pérdidas durante el transporte.
La otra puede cerrarse bien de manera provisional o bien definitiva de forma hermética e incorpora una apertura rectangular de 70 x 42 mm, y dos dispositivos que facilitan la extracción de agujas dentales y analíticas.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO:
- Coloque la tapa en el recipiente antes de usar.
- Los objetos filosos y cortantes se introducen en el recipiente a través del orificio de la tapa equipada con una pequeña tapa roja (disponible con sistemas de cierre definitivo o de reapertura). No se recomienda el uso de los contenderores suministrados sin el sistema de desconexión de la aguja así
como, su uso para objetos afilados y cortantes sin protección.
- No exceda la capacidad máxima de llenado (máximo hasta el 80% de capacidad real hasta el borde de descarga), para evitar que durante el uso, la
presión de los materiales dentro del recipiente cause accidentes por perforación. En el contenedor está marcado el límite máximo de llenado.
- No coloque objetos afilados o cortantes dentro del recipiente con la punta hacia arriba, para evitar incidentes durante la fase de cierre.
- Durante el uso, mantenga siempre el recipiente sobre una superficie plana rígida. No se incline ni coloque el recipiente contra personas.
- Antes de manipular y mover el contenedor, verifique cuidadosamente la integridad de las paredes laterales, la cubierta y el fondo.
- Manipule y mueva el contenedor utilizando las asas, evitando agarrar el contenedor por los lados o desde abajo.
Clasificación de residuos según tipología:
Residuos tipo I: residuos sanitarios asimilables a residuos municipales.
No plantean exigencias en su gestión, como por ejemplo cartón, papel, material de oficinas y despachos, cocinas, talleres, jardinería, residuos de pacientes no infecciosos.
Residuos tipo II: residuos sanitarios no específicos.
Medidas de prevención en la manipulación, recogida, almacenamiento y transporte en el ámbito del centro sanitario, como por ejemplo material de curas, yesos, ropa y material de un solo uso contaminados con sangre, secreciones y/o excreciones, etc.
Residuos tipo III: residuos sanitarios específicos o de riesgo.
Medidas de prevención en la manipulación, recogida, almacenamiento, transporte, tratamiento y eliminación, ya que pueden representar un riesgo para la salud laboral y pública. Se pueden dividir en 5 grupos: residuos sanitarios o infecciosos, residuos anatómicos, sangre y hemoderivados en forma líquida, agujas y material punzante y cortante y vacunas vivas y atenuadas.
Residuos tipo IV: residuos en normativas singulares.
Sujetos a requerimientos especiales desde el punto de vista higiénico y medioambiental, tanto dentro como fuera del centro generador. Incluyen: residuos citostáticos, restos de sustancias químicas, medicamentos caducados, aceites minerales y sintéticos, residuos con metales, residuos radiactivos y restos anatómicos humanos con entidad (estos últimos regulados por el Reglamento de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria).
