Kit de muestreo de superficies con caldo neutralizante
Diseñados según la normativa internacional ISO 18593 “Microbiología de los alimentos para consumo humano y animal. Métodos horizontales para las técnicas de toma de muestras a partir de superficies utilizando placas de contacto e hisopos”.
El medio neutralizante está formulado para el muestreo y transporte de un amplio abanico de microorganismos, de modo que neutraliza la presencia de desinfectantes y antimicrobianos con propiedades bacteriostáticas inherentes.
CONTIENE:
- Peptona: que proporciona nitrógeno, vitaminas y aminoácidos esenciales para el crecimiento.
- Extracto de levadura: como fuente de vitaminas, especialmente del grupo B.
- Dextrosa, como fuente de carbohidratos fermentables que proporciona carbono y energía.
- Cinco neutralizantes capaces de inactivar un elevado número de agentes desinfectantes y antisépticos químicos de la familia de los aldehídos, mercuriales, halogenados, derivados de amonio cuaternario y compuestos fenólicos.
COMPONENTES:
- 10 ml de medio neutralizante en un tubo de polipropileno indeformable de fondo cónico con faldón, de 15 x 112 mm.
- Un escobillón con soporte de poliestireno y punta de viscosa, con punto de rotura para facilitar su colocación dentro del tubo tras la toma de la muestra.
- Una etiqueta con espacio para anotar la fecha e identificar la muestra tomada.
- Un envase de papel médico que preserva la esterilidad del conjunto hasta el momento de uso.
Impreso con la referencia, DESCRIPCIÓN:, nº de lote y caducidad.
- Opcional: plantilla estéril desechable (delimitando un cuadrado de 10 x 10 cm o de 4x5 cm) envasada en bolsa individual.
- Conjunto estéril por radiación.
- Plazo de validez: 18 meses.
- Condiciones de conservación: entre 2 y 30ºC, protegido de la humedad.
