Neveras de transporte

Neveras para el transporte de muestras fabricadas en polietileno acetato de vinilo (PEVA), PE y espuma de poliuretano. Color verde.

Tienen dos funciones principales:

  • Mantienen la temperatura de las muestras durante su transporte independientemente de las condiciones climáticas durante 6 horas.
  • Protegen las muestras y su contenido.

Partes de la nevera:

  • Poseen tres niveles de cierre: velcro (excepto el modelo de 6 l), cremallera y candado con código numérico.
  • Bolsillo interior separado, para las pastillas de frío.
  • Bolsillo exterior frontal transparente muy resistente, para identificación del laboratorio.
  • Bolsillo exterior (encima de la tapa) transparente, para documentación.
  • Incorporan 2 pastillas de frío (excepto el código 900073, que incorpora 1) consistentes en una funda de polietileno de alta densidad conteniendo un líquido congelante.

Modo de empleo:

Congelar el gel durante 24 h a una temperatura de –20 ºC/–24 ºC.

Ventajas:

  • Material muy robusto y con alta resistencia mecánica a la manipulación y los choques.
  • Ligeras y silenciosas, en contraposición a las neveras rígidas existentes en el mercado.
  • Inviolables, ya que pueden ser precintadas con un candado.
  • Ocupan poco espacio de almacenaje. Se suministran plegadas, reduciendo así su volumen en un 50%.
  • Se pueden limpiar fácilmente con detergentes de diluciones normales.
  • Bordes redondeados y reforzados con doble cosido.
