Vertical laminar flow cabinets
To create a safe, particle-free environment, the vertical laminar flow cabinets we manufacture generate a sterile ISO Class 5 airflow: the air passes through an H14 HEPA filter (manufactured according to EN-1822) at a constant speed, traveling through the cabinet in a descending vertical laminar flow, creating a sterile area, protecting the product from external contamination and potential cross-contamination between samples.
Characteristics:
Manufacturing: The external surfaces are made of cold-rolled steel with a white epoxy coating, oven-enamelled at 200°C, resistant to the chemical compounds used for sterilization.
Worktop: The surface of the work chamber is made of tempered white glass, extremely resistant to impacts and chemical attacks.
Absolute H14 HEPA filter with flow equalizer, efficiency greater than 99.995% on 0.3 micron particles. MIL-F51068C and BS 3298 standards
Fan motors: Centrifugal with double inlet, suitable for providing laminar flow in the work area, especially capable of handling filter saturation up to a maximum value of 400 Pascal
Control panel: Soft-touch keypad with switch for LED lamps, UV ultraviolet lights, air speed maintenance system via the electronically self-regulating HEPA filter, and a control key to reduce speed in ECO mode
Lighting: Centrally positioned LED lamps with a prismatic diffusing screen for better light distribution over the work surface
