ChemFAST Elite are fume cupboards without bypass for chemical work in laboratories where there is no air extraction pre-installation and/or no possibility to install one. _x000D_ These fume hoods protect the researcher against chemical (not biological) risk and are not intended to protect the sample against contamination._x000D_ The air enters unfiltered through the front window, behaves turbulently inside (no laminar flow) and is expelled through the top of the cabinet and filtered by specific carbon filters. _x000D_ ChemFAST Elite is equipped with a microprocessor based monitoring system for: type of filter in use, date of installation, maximum time allowed for filter use and a warning date for replacement, ensuring user safety.
