Mounting medium for microscopy
Mounting medium used in microscopy; adhesive and sample preservative used in manual and automated microscopic techniques with coverslips.
Adhesive for hermetically sealing plastic containers and lids.
Special-purpose adhesive and sealant for use with glass and other non-plastic, non-reactive materials.
Vitro Clud® neutral and colorless mounting fluid for the preservation of histological and cytological preparations, composed of an acrylic polymer solution; contains xylene.
Very fast setting time (20 minutes). Refractive index of 1490.
Stable against cold (-17°C), heat, humidity, UV, etc.
Bottled in aluminum bottles for better preservation, with a tamper-evident cap. Each bottle is individually filled. Each bottle is labeled with code, lot number, expiration date, and barcode.
It exhibits virtually no fluorescence under UV light and is unaffected by histological stains.
It does not alter the shape, structure, or color of the analyzed materials.
It can also be used to hermetically seal containers used in the preservation of anatomical and pathological specimens.
