Non-sterile external thread tubes/ Tube caps

Tubes made of autoclavable polypropylene.

Designed for the transport and storage of biological material.

With an external thread, cryovials have a uniform interior surface, reducing the risk of contamination.

Autoclavable at 121°C and resistant to temperatures down to -196°C, liquid nitrogen, and gamma radiation sterilization.

Hermeticity tested by a 95 kPa vacuum test. 
Cryovials and caps have the same coefficient of expansion, ensuring their tightness in the event of temperature changes.

Suitable for centrifugation up to 17,000 x g. Centrifugation of skirted tubes is not recommended.

Caps for these tubes are supplied separately; see code 409110 and serial number below.
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding variations in temperature and humidity.
Protect from contamination.
