Slide mailers

Containers for transporting and protecting microscope slides. Not suitable for transporting microscopic preparations in liquid solution, as the closure is not designed to contain liquid.

Made of translucent natural-colored polypropylene. Autoclavable at 121°C.

Model 1 Code 19923 Container for 1 slide

Consists of a case with a base and a lid joined by a hinge. The snap-on lid ensures an airtight seal and has a large matte area for writing or labeling. Inside the compartment, two raised 1 mm bars prevent the slide from sticking to the bottom.

The case has two notches for easy one-handed opening with a simple thumb press.

Model 2 Code 900025 Container for 2 slides

Tall container with a hinged lid. The lid has an inner rim to prevent the slides from moving during transport.

The lid includes a hole which, along with the hole in the body, allows the container to be sealed to ensure the integrity of the contents or for labeling. The container is designed for 2 slides; however, it can comfortably hold 4.

Model 3 Code 979930 Container for 2 slides and Model 4 Code 19924 Container for 3 slides.

They have a base with two or three compartments depending on the model, and a snap-on lid for an airtight seal, joined by one hinge (979930) or two hinges (19924).

They also include grooves in the base and lid for easy one-handed opening with a simple thumb press.

Inside each compartment, two raised bars (1 mm) prevent the slides from sticking to the bottom. Locking guides in each compartment prevent the slides from moving and breaking.

Two openings in each compartment allow for easier access to the slides.

Model 5 Code 900028 Container for 5 slides

Rectangular container with a snap-on lid ensuring an airtight seal. The lid is attached to the container body by a hinge.

Model 6 Code 989901 Container for 1 slide: Made of cardboard.

Rectangular container with guides to prevent slides from moving and breaking.
