CO2 and Hypoxia %O2 Incubators

Incubator with precise control of CO2, O2 and temperature allowing optimal conditions for cell culture under hypoxic conditions. Air is recirculated through a pump external to the chamber to homogenise temperature conditions. Heating elements (5) in walls, base, ceiling and bottom of the equipment to generate high temperature uniformity.

  • Dual beam, self-calibrating, Vaisala type IR sensor with a failure rate 2% and a light lifetime >10 years.

Precise control of temperature conditions:

  • Adjustable from +5ºC above ambient to +55ºC.
  • Accuracy ±0.1ºC.
  • Average temperature recovery 0,12ºC/min.
  • Precise control of 02 conditions: These equipments have control to suppress oxygen in the chamber by injecting N2 gas.
  • Adjustable from 0.5% to 21%.
  • Accuracy ±0.25%.

Recovery to 5% CO2 conditions in less than 20 minutes after door opening. Unique incubator design allows constant prevention of contamination inside the chamber:

  • Triple HEPA filtration, ISO 5 air conditions (equivalent to a clean room) and slight positive pressure inside.
  • Inner chamber made of 100% 304 stainless steel, rounded edges and completely free of elements where any type of contamination can accumulate.
  • NUTOUCH electronic control system, totally adaptable and self-sufficient, which allows precise control of the internal environment. With control via colour touch screen, very easy to operate and available in several languages (English, Spanish, German and French).
  • Allows access to historical data (downloadable via USB port and RS485)
  • Includes diagnostic software for fault detection. Models with decontamination cycle: o 12-hour cycle with dry heat (at 145ºC). o 8-hour cycle with moist heat (at 95ºC). o Cycles can be performed at night as part of preventive maintenance, without the need to disassemble any elements (no CO2 sensor or HEPA filter disassembly required).
